Hypnosis Cardiff Online
Helping you over come anxiety, stress, ibs, migraine headaches, panic attacks, insomnia, phobias, self confidence etc.
At Hypnosis Cardiff, I often ask my clients: are you tired of simply managing the symptoms, rather than addressing what’s really causing them?
Perhaps you’re living with anxiety, stress, IBS, migraines, insomnia, phobias, or emotional difficulties that have been holding you back from enjoying life as you once did.
You may have tried medication or other approaches that have helped you cope, yet something still feels unresolved. Sometimes, managing the symptoms is only part of the journey. There may be deeper emotional patterns beneath the surface that continue to keep the problem going.
Hypnotherapy can help you look beneath the surface.
By gently exploring the thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be contributing to your difficulties, we can begin to understand what is really going on — and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
This isn’t about simply covering up the problem. It’s about discovering what lies behind it, so you can begin to move forward with greater freedom, confidence and peace of mind.
You don’t have to keep struggling in the same way. A different future can begin with understanding what has been holding you back.
Dear Michael,
First of all, thank you for all the help and support you’ve given to me. I will never forget you. I can never repay your kindness to me Michael. Well about myself. I think we are trying to sort our problem.
Don’t worry maybe one day we will reconcile. Hopefully, I will let you know when it happens. O.K. I really miss your company. No more space. See ya.

Suggestion & Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful therapeutic approach that can help you make positive changes in the way you think, feel and respond to life. It can be used for a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, phobias, unwanted habits, insomnia, confidence issues and many other concerns.
Suggestion Therapy works by using carefully chosen positive suggestions while you are deeply relaxed and focused. These suggestions can help reinforce healthier patterns of thinking and behaviour, making it particularly useful when you want to change an unwanted habit, improve confidence or develop a more positive outlook.
Clinical Hypnotherapy can go deeper. Rather than concentrating solely on the symptoms, it may explore the emotional patterns and experiences that could be contributing to the difficulty. This can be particularly valuable when a problem has been present for some time or keeps returning despite previous attempts to resolve it.
Hypnotherapy is also being increasingly researched for physical conditions where psychological and physiological processes interact. For example, gut-directed hypnotherapy has been studied extensively for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), with research suggesting that it can improve overall IBS symptoms and abdominal pain.
The aim is not simply to help you cope, but to help you understand yourself better and create meaningful, lasting change.
Analytical Hypnotherapy – Looking Beneath the Symptoms
Analytical Hypnotherapy takes a different approach by looking beyond the symptoms and exploring what may be at the heart of the problem.
Using regression to cause and free association, the aim is to uncover the originating cause of the emotional difficulty. While in a relaxed hypnotic state, you are encouraged to follow your own thoughts, feelings, memories and associations, allowing the mind to gradually lead back towards the experiences connected with the problem.
The originating cause is not always something you consciously remember or recognise as significant. Through the process of free association, seemingly unrelated thoughts and memories can begin to connect, helping to bring previously unexplored emotional material into awareness.
Once the originating cause has been uncovered and the associated emotional material has been worked through, many people find that the symptoms that brought them to therapy begin to lessen naturally over time.
Rather than concentrating solely on managing a symptom, Analytical Hypnotherapy seeks to understand why the symptom is there in the first place.
The process is gentle, personal and guided by you, allowing your own mind to reveal what lies beneath the surface.
